Many people pick and mix one or two therapies. For example 1 hour Back Neck and Shoulders and 30 mins Scalp Massage or 1 hour Aromatherapy and 1 hour Reiki. Any treatments can be mixed and matched as you wish.

With the Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and massage, new clients will be asked for details of their medical history and reasons for needing a massage, so as to ensure the most suitable oils and areas of massage are chosen for their needs. A quick look at your tongue helps to confirm a diagnosis to help to choose a bespoke blend. For tongue diagnosis to be effective, please refrain from tea or coffee up to 2 hours prior to treatment.
You may just request a massage to relax or regain some energy and thats fine. There are also oils that can aid this.
Whichever treatment or blend of treatments that you choose, you will feel cocooned in bliss and relaxed enough to hopefully not do much else after your treatment, well hopefully at least for a couple of hours anyway.
